重庆今年将新增城镇就业60万人以上
重庆日报讯（新重庆-重庆日报记者黄乔）记者近日从市人力社保局获悉，今年全市人力社保事业发展的主要预期目标是：城镇新增就业60万人以上，引进人才7万人以上，人社公共服务事项可网办率达到99%。
针对今年人社部门的主要预期目标，市人力社保局党组书记、局长黎勇介绍，在就业方面，城镇新增就业60万人以上，登记失业人员就业15万人以上，就业困难人员就业8万人以上，城镇调查失业率控制在5.5%左右；
社会保障方面，参加基本养老保险2654万人、失业保险635万人、工伤保险705万人，新开工工程建设项目工伤保险参保率90%；
人才方面，引进人才7万人以上，招收博士后1000人以上，新增取得高级工以上证书6.8万人次，新增技师高级技师证书8000人次，技工院校招生3.9万人，开展补贴性培训15万人次；
劳动关系方面，劳动人事争议仲裁结案率95%以上，劳动人事争议调解成功率70%以上，劳动保障监察举报投诉案件结案率97%以上，拖欠农民工工资举报投诉案件结案率98%以上；
公共服务方面，申领电子社保卡人口覆盖率达到70%，人社公共服务事项可网办率达到99%，人社政务服务好评率97%以上。
为此，重庆人社部门将牢牢把握稳进增效、除险固安、改革突破、惠民强企的工作导向，开展“四大行动”，确保目标完成。
“四大行动”分别是社会保险扩面提质行动、中等收入群体倍增行动、人社营商环境提升行动和人社公共服务优化行动。
