“我写这封信的目的是要向你们表示我最深的感谢，你们的无私奉献和持续努力使我们的道路更加安全……”3月29日，重庆交通执法总队高速公路第一支队四大队收到了一封来贵C车主王某的感谢信和一面鲜红的锦旗。在信中，车主对执法人员展现出的专业与人性化执法表示了由衷的敬意和感激。
据了解，在2月12日春节期间李某由贵州来重庆走亲戚，由于对路况不熟在合川白鹿山隧道撞坏了隧道停车岗内的防撞桶，正当王某感到焦虑不安时，执法人员及时赶到现场开展应急处置。经现场勘查，王某造成的路产损失约为480元，考虑到春节期间车流量较大，为及时疏通道路，减少因交通事故引发路段拥堵缓行情况，执法人员向车主传达了春节期间轻微路产损失免赔政策，即春节期间对路产损失在500元以内的事故免除赔偿，春运结束后由营运管理单位自行修复。
车主对执法人员的这一举动表示由衷地感谢。他表示，原本还担心此次交通事故会影响自己接下来的行程，没想到执法人员的处置如此快速且人性化，这让他深感温暖和感动。“执法先锋，服务为民”是当事人写在锦旗上的赞美，也是交通运输执法队伍一直以来持续不断奋斗要达到的目标。
