非法拘禁60多岁维权人，解决不了问题，就解决提出问题的人

       本人赵素华，女，63岁，电话18703388816，河北省衡水市饶阳县留楚镇高邵村人，现实名举.报留楚镇政.府书记王松，镇长张皎等人，滥用职权，不解决实际问题，竟多次对我这个60多岁的老人进行非法拘禁，逼迫签息诉罢访，

　　自2016年起，因政府施工导致我家房屋受损、居住安全隐患、通行受阻等一系列问题，留楚镇政府不给合理解决，无奈之下，我才走上信.访.维.权道路。

　　我在维.权过程中均是依法依规反应问题，在反应问题的过程中，先是被留楚镇政.府纪委书记张晶磊威胁恐吓，对我们全家进行死.亡威胁；再是被留楚镇包.案干部郭向阳酗酒殴.打，导致事件更严重化，，

　　2019年4月我的信.访案件被国家信.访局督查督办，留楚镇政.府在超期未办理情况下，将我们全家进行非.法.拘.禁，逼迫签息诉罢访和与实际情况完全不符的信访处理意见书。

　　因合理诉求没有解决，我继续维.权，留楚镇采用了同样的方式对我们进行了3次非.法.拘.禁，逼迫签息诉罢访和弄虚作假的信.访材料。

　　留楚镇政府还多次冒充信.访人签字和手.印出具，给上级部门出具信.访回复文件。

　　留楚镇政府把我列入进京黑.名.单，不允许我进京。2023年4月2日，我到北京看病，换乘公交休息时，被留楚镇镇长张皎临时在京雇.佣的4名社会闲杂人员，采用极端粗暴的方式，四脚朝天，连拖带拽的塞进车里，押送回户籍地，整个过程我被限制人身自由27小时之久。

　　这几个合理诉求，经过了近8年时间没有解决的原因主要是留楚镇政府王松和镇长张皎多次滥用职权，导致信访程序空转，一些实际的行动无法推进导致的。真是应了那句话：解决不了问题，就解决提出问题的人。
