一支四大队在得知该情况后，立即启动了应急预案，一是要求施工单位立即对安全生产隐患进行整改，确保社会车辆通行安全；二是立即启动调查程序，对施工单位违反《安全生产法》的行为展开全面调查。在四大队充分掌握了相关证据材料后，大队于2024年1月22日，按照《中华人民共和国安全生产法》第一百零二条之规定，对具体实施施工的福建XXXXX有限公司做出了行政处罚决定。
