承接欧洲优势产能转移 世界500强德国利勃海尔机床落户永川
本报讯（新重庆-重庆日报记者龙丹梅）2月1日，永川区政府与世界500强企业德国利勃海尔集团齿轮加工技术有限公司签订协议，利勃海尔齿轮加工机床及自动化系统总装生产基地正式落户永川综保区。该基地是德国利勃海尔机床事业中国总部，建成后将积极承接欧洲优势产能转移，产品除供应中国市场外，今后还将销往东南亚及日韩市场。
德国利勃海尔集团是机械制造装备行业的世界龙头企业，在全球有150余家公司、员工近5万名，成立了土方机械设备、矿用设备、履带式和移动式起重机、海事起重机、齿轮技术和自动化系统、航空及运输系统等事业部。
此次德国利勃海尔公司将机床事业中国总部落户永川综保区，一是看重中国市场对机床需求量的日益增长，二是抢抓共建“一带一路”、成渝地区双城经济圈建设、西部陆海新通道建设等重大机遇，积极布局西部市场，全面整合升级中国业务版图。
该项目将由德国利勃海尔机床总部以外资直接投资，并在永川综保区内新成立独立法人外资公司，打造德国利勃海尔机床在华生产、销售、服务全产业链。结合永川综保区特色，未来还将开展保税研发、保税加工、检测维修等业务。目前，永川综保区正根据企业需求，加紧修建约1.2万平方米的厂房，力争实现当年签约、当年投产。
