滥用职权，竟然4次非法拘禁60岁维权人

　本人赵素华，女，63岁，电话18703388816，河北省衡水市饶阳县留楚镇高邵村人，现实名举报留楚镇政.府书记王松，镇长张皎等人，滥用职权，不给解决问题，反倒是多次对我这个60多岁的老人进行非法拘禁，逼迫签息诉罢访，

　　自2016年起，因政.府施工导致我家房屋受损、居住安全隐患、通行受阻等一系列问题，留楚镇政.府不给合理解决，无奈之下，我才走上信.访维.权道路。

　　我在维.权过程中均是依法依规反应问题，在反应问题的过程中，先是被留楚镇政.府纪委书记张晶磊威.胁.恐.吓，对我们全家进行死亡威胁；再是被留楚镇包案干部郭向阳酗酒殴打，导致事件更严重化，，

　　2019年4月我的信.访案件被国家信.访局督查督办，留楚镇政.府在超期未办理情况下，将我们全家进行非.法拘.禁，逼迫签息诉罢访和与实际情况完全不符的信.访处理意见书。

　　因合理诉求没有解决，我继续维.权，留楚镇采用了同样的方式对我们进行了3次非.法.拘.禁，逼迫签息诉罢访和弄虚作假的信.访材料。

　　留楚镇政.府还多次冒充信.访人签字和手印出具，给上级部门出具信.访回复文件。

　　留楚镇政.府把我列入进京黑.名.单，不允许我进京。2023年4月2日，我到北京看病，换乘公交休息时，被留楚镇镇长张皎临时在京雇佣的4名社会闲杂人员，采用极端粗.暴的方式，四脚朝天，连拖带拽的塞进车里，押送回户籍地，整个过程我被限制人身自由27小时之久。

　　这几个合理诉求，经过了近8年时间没有解决的原因主要是留楚镇政.府王松和镇长张皎多次滥用职权，导致信.访程序空转，一些实际的行动无法推进导致的。真是应了那句话：解决不了问题，就解决提出问题的人。
